I will be available to help you if you need it, but I will also be discreet and withdrawn to preserve your peace and quiet (except during rare holidays when I will remain available).

OUR ACCOMMODATION
Each apartment is independent and has its own dedicated outdoor terrace.

SHARED SPACES
- Enclosed and filmed parking (or a space awaits you).
- A patio (with BBQ, overhead projector, summer kitchen).
- A mini laundry room (€2 per cycle) with an oven available.
- Aromatic and therapeutic herbs are scattered around the accommodations.
- Eggs are available when our hens are willing to lay.

ECOLOGICAL AND SAVINGS....
- The heating is set to 21 degrees (any excess will be charged), which allows us to keep prices reasonable.
- Every 24 hours, you have access to a 100-liter hot water tank.

- Composting, recycling, and glass recycling are mandatory here.
- We provide washable sponges and dishcloths to encourage washables over disposables.
- We use eco-friendly detergents, favor white vinegar, and choose washables over disposables.

HOUSE RULES
- Peace and quiet must be respected for the well-being of our tenants (parties are prohibited).
- The accommodations are strictly non-smoking.
- Non-residents are not allowed unless requested in advance (we have had some very serious excesses).
- Only 1 parking space is available per apartment ; others must park on the street.
- Theft is prohibited and will automatically result in a complaint and a refund.
